Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 17 July 2026
Neibrz is a hyperlocal social feed for real neighborhoods. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out the standards we uphold, the tools we give people to report concerns, and how we respond. It applies to everything on Neibrz, including anonymous posts.
1. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
The following are strictly prohibited on Neibrz and will result in immediate content removal, account termination, and reporting to the relevant authorities:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
- Content that sexualises, grooms, exploits, endangers, or otherwise harms a minor.
- Solicitation of a minor for sexual purposes, or of CSAM.
- Any attempt to use Neibrz to facilitate harm to a child.
2. Neibrz is an adults-only service
Neibrz is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not designed for and is not directed at children. Anyone found to be under the required age, or misusing the service to harm a minor, will have their access removed.
3. Reporting child safety concerns in Neibrz
Every post on Neibrz, including anonymous posts, has a Report option. If you see content that endangers a child or may be CSAE/CSAM, please report it immediately. You can also email us directly at neibrzapp@gmail.com with the subject "Child safety". Reports about child safety are prioritised for urgent review.
4. How we respond
- We review reports of child safety concerns as a priority.
- We remove violating content and terminate the accounts responsible.
- We preserve relevant information and report apparent CSAM to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, where applicable, law enforcement in India and other jurisdictions.
- Anonymity on Neibrz is presentation-only: content stays linked to an account in our systems, so anonymous accounts are fully subject to these standards and to disclosure where required by law.
5. Compliance
Neibrz complies with applicable child safety laws in the regions where it is available, including India, and cooperates with regional and national authorities on child sexual abuse and exploitation matters. We align our practices with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
6. Point of contact
