This Privacy Policy explains how Neibrz ("Neibrz", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Neibrz mobile application and related services (the "Service"). We are committed to data minimisation and to complying with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act").

1. Who this applies to

Neibrz is intended for users in India who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We do not collect your phone number for normal accounts, and we do not collect hardware identifiers such as IMEI, serial number, MAC address, or advertising IDs.

3. About anonymous posts

When you post anonymously, your name and username are hidden from other users. Anonymity is presentation-only: for safety, moderation, and abuse prevention, every post remains linked to your account in our systems. We may reveal identity information where required to comply with law or to address serious safety or abuse issues.

We keep your account data while your account is active. Posts remain until you delete them or delete your account. Pseudonymous device records are purged after a period of inactivity. When you delete your account, we delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data, except where retention is required by law.
