These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Neibrz mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using Neibrz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in India to use Neibrz. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Your account
- You sign in using Google. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must choose a username that is not misleading, offensive, or impersonating.
- One person may not operate multiple accounts to evade limits or bans.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Neibrz to:
- Post unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, or defamatory content.
- Share others' private or personal information without consent.
- Post spam, scams, or misleading commercial content.
- Incite violence, or post sexual content involving minors or any illegal content.
- Attempt to identify anonymous posters, or to disrupt, hack, or overload the Service.
4. Content and anonymity
You own the content you create and are solely responsible for it. You grant Neibrz a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the Service. Posting anonymously hides your name from other users, but your content is still associated with your account internally for safety and moderation, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Moderation
We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe harm users or the Service. Because posts are hyperlocal and may be time-sensitive, we may act quickly and review later.
6. Location features
Neibrz uses your approximate location to provide its core features. Distances shown to others are approximate. You are responsible for how you act on information you find on the Service. Do not rely on Neibrz for emergencies; contact the appropriate authorities instead.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. User-generated content reflects the views of its authors, not Neibrz. We do not verify the accuracy of posts.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neibrz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for content posted by users, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using Neibrz and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
